Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien placé, très propre, très bien équipé, fonctionnel. La banquette lit dans le salon très pratique à déplier et très confortable. Calme en cette saison, à moins de 2 minutes de la plage et de la promenade du bord de mer.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich optimal für einen Urlaub am Meer. Die Wohnung haben wir gut gefunden und das selbständige check-in war sehr einfach. Allerdings sind viele Angaben in der Anzeige fehlerhaft und sollten korrigiert werden damit weitere Gäste nicht so enttäuscht werden (vielleicht ein Problem in der Übersetzung?): Angegeben sind - 2 Schlafzimmer (1vorhanden) - draußen Liegestühle und Fahrräder (nichts davon da) - Whirlpool (wo?) Darüberhinaus wurden wir 3 Tagen vor Einreise informiert, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden… ein großes Problem wenn man mit dem Flugzeug anreist und Vorort das organisieren muss! Das Bettsofa hat eine neue Matratze was positiv ist, allerdings es lässt sich nicht korrekt zumachen und kann dementsprechend als Sofa nicht genutzt werden. Es finden momentan große Renovierungsarbeiten im Gebäude statt, jeden Morgen im Urlaub mit dem Bohrhammer geweckt zu werden war auch nicht top. Schade…

Week-end Free no Kids

Un agréable séjour en couple sans les enfants pour se ressourcer au calme. Lieu paisible et très proche de la plage dans un logement propre, bien agencé, décorer et confortable. Freddy, notre hôte s'est montré accueillant, sympathique, confiant et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivé et de départ. Au top pour nous ! Merci beaucoup. Nous reviendrons avec les enfants.

Kein schöner Anfang…..

Drei Tage vor unserer Urlaubsreise hat der Vermieter eine Nachricht gesendet, indem er mitgeteilt hat daß eine Kaution von 150 Euro ( bei evtl. Schäden) und 60 Euro für die Reinigung zu zahlen sind. Wir sind davon ausgegangen die Kaution bei der Schlüsselübergabe zu zahlen, da er keine Weiteren Angaben über den Zahlungsweg machte. Der Check-in der um 16:00 gewesen wäre, war eine Katastrophe. Keiner war vor Ort….Haben den Vermieter per Handy kontaktiert ( was wegen Der Sprachverständigung gar nicht einfach war) er wollte wissen ob wir die Kaution per Check zahlen. Ich habe ihn geschrieben daß er die Kaution bei der Schlüsselübergabe in Bar bekommt. Aber nichts ist passiert….. erst nachdem ich mich mit Fewo-direkt in Verbindung gesetzt habe und die Sachlage dargestellt habe hat uns der freundliche Mitarbeiter helfen können. Er hat sich mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung gesetzt und uns zurück gerufen und mitgeteilt daß der Vermieter die nächste halbe Stunde vorbei kommen würde und bei weiteren Problemen wir uns noch mal melden sollten……..(insgesamt waren dann mittlerweile fast zwei Stunden vergangen) und das Appartement war alles andere als sauber……ich habe durch diesen Vorfall und der ganzen Aufregung zwei Tage gebraucht um wirklich anzukommen. Als unser Urlaub zu Ende war haben wir das Apartement sauber verlassen. Was dann doch positiv war, war daß uns der Vermieter die Kaution und sogar die 60 Euro Reinigungsgeld wieder zurück gegeben hat…….

Parfait, pas besoin de prendre la voiture grace a la place de pk attitré a la location donc economie du pk payant... Tres fonctionnel, positionnement ideale a la grande motte juste devant la mer et a deux pas des commerces et ... wc juste devant la mer.... Résidence calme et notre hôte était tres gentil, agréable et arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de sortie. Vacances ideales.

Il n'y a qu'un mot... Au TOP !! Nous avons passé un super séjour, le logement est très propre, les propriétaires super et l'emplacement est exceptionnel. N'hésitez surtout pas à aller passer un super séjour dans une région non moins magnifique... Et la plage est vraiment à côté.
