Beautiful and relaxing hotel

Lovely, relaxing atmosphere with great pool area and beautiful sea views. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village.

Hôtel et chambre avec vue mer magnifiques. Très bon petit déjeuner ne manquait que le jus d’orange pressé… Un seul gros bémol : le restaurant. Un menu à 53€ qui n’en valait pas 30 : pas d’amuse bouche, entrée minuscule (gravlax de bar), plat insipide (turbot & langoustines), trio de chocolats non disponible et far breton en proposition de remplacement, brunoise d’ananas au lieu d’une compotée… à fuir !!!!

La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre était incroyable. Ce qui nous a vraiment marqué c’est l’odeur de l’hôtel, le parfum d’ambiance, entre pinède et immortelles nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et y reviendrons pour sûr !

Je vais structurer mon avis en deux parties : d'abord, les points forts, puis ce qui pourrait être amélioré. ### Points forts : Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel, que ce soit à l'accueil, au restaurant ou parmi les femmes de chambre, sont remarquables. Séjournant régulièrement dans des hôtels 3 ou 4 étoiles, je peux affirmer que les équipes de cet établissement se distinguent particulièrement. Je tiens à féliciter chaleureusement toutes les personnes que j’ai rencontrées. Le cadre est magnifique, calme, et naturel. L’hôtel, récemment rénové, est flambant neuf. Les chambres, bien que petites, sont décorées avec goût et offrent toutes une vue sur la mer, avec une petite terrasse ou un accès direct au rez-de-chaussée. La piscine, neuve et bien conçue, est assez grande pour accueillir plus de 30 personnes sans encombre. Seul bémol, l'eau mériterait d'être légèrement plus chaude en août. ### Points à améliorer : La restauration s'arrête à 13h45, sans possibilité de commander quoi que ce soit jusqu’au dîner. Pour un établissement 4 étoiles, il serait souhaitable de proposer un service de restauration tout au long de la journée, même sous forme de snacks ou de planches. Le manque de personnel est également notable. Bien que les équipes sur place fassent de leur mieux, elles sont visiblement surchargées, ce qui ralentit le service. Des renforts seraient donc nécessaires pour garantir un service à la hauteur de la qualité générale de l’hôtel.
