La location est proche de la mer et le jardin totalement clos très bien pour le petit chien. Le mobilier est ancien, la propreté du logement laisse vraiment à désirer notamment la vaisselle et l'intérieur des placards. Peu adapter pour 5. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 adolescents ça passe mais juste. Un peu déçu étant donné le prix de la location.

La maison est au calme très agréable avec un joli jardin , notre chien a du coup pu se dégourdir et sortir, l’emplacement est vraiment super proche de la plage et Noirmoutier à deux pas ! Par contre propreté à revoir dans les sanitaires et chambres , le canapé est à changer car impossible d’être bien assis du coup pas très agréable et inconfortable Manque des mugs un seul dans la cuisine, sinon tout était bien

Vacances formidable sur l'île de Noirmoutier à la gueriniere Maison agréable au pied de la mer ! Le seul petit défaut les extérieurs n'étaient pas nettoyés donc avec mon chien ramenait beaucoup d épillets nettoyage tout les jours !!

Très agréable séjour, location située très proche de la plage, belles pistes cyclables sur l'ile et 2 beaux musées accessible avec Pass commun , serre avec papillons magnifiques a l'Epine .Excellents restaurants notamment Patacol à La Guerinière, LaBisquine à l'Herbaudière , l'Assiette au jardin et la crêperie Martin à Noirmoutier en Ile. Déjà venu au moi de mars,dans une autre petite maison à côté de celle ci, on y ait très bien,proximité de la plage topissime,calme totale un vrai bonheur,balades,marché à proximité, ainsi que commerces...toujours très bien accueilli par l'agence qui s'en occupe (Anne Sophie en l'occurrence qui est adorable) Et en plus le beau temps s'est invité...👍☺️ Que du bonheur...

Espace agréable et intime

En ce qui concerne l'accueil par l'hotesse de la conciergerie, ce n'était vraiment pas ça, personne pressée et pas franchement là pour mettre le bien en valeur , et pas non plus très au courant de ce dont elle était chargée. Nous y avons cependant trouvé tout le nécessaire afin d'y passer nos vacances, jardin très agréable en retrait , accès sécurisé pour les petits , l'espace est clos et créé un extérieur très calme et appréciable. L'intérieur est équipé correctement et nous a largement convenu. C'était une bonne expérience.

La location qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à notre choix fait lors de la réservation;

Une odeur de renfermé, de graillon nous a de suite rebuté, le ménage n'etait pas fait, les oreillers étaient jaunes, sales et la piéce beaucoup trop petite nous pouvions à peine faire le tour du lit, pas de chaise pour poser nos vêtements et le jardin était en friche, nous sommes restés à peine 10 ms la personne qui nous a accueilli ne faisait pas parti du personnel de la conciergerie; Il nous a mis tout simplement à la porte.

Dreckig und Schimmelig

Die Insel ist schön, auch die Leute sind sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft jedoch war unterirdisch! Dreck und Schimmel wo man hinguckt. Den Vermieter hat es leider nicht interessiert, obwohl er über die Concierge informiert wurde. Des Weiteren waren Wasch- und Spülmaschine defekt! In der Anzeige ist beschrieben das es einen Whirlpool eine Außendusche und WLAN gibt......Die Außendusche wurde demontiert, einen Whirlpool und WLAN hat es dort noch nie gegeben! Der Schimmel setzt einem gesundheitlich zu....wir sind dann früher abgereist. Das hat den Urlaub echt versaut!!!

Très bon séjour au calme dans cette petite maison coquette. Il faut passer par la chambre principale pour accéder à celle des enfants. La terrasse à l’abri du vent est très appréciable!

Un excellent séjour !

Pour ce second passage, toujours autant de plaisir à séjourner dans ce gîte très mignon au calme, à deux pas de la mer et idéalement situé sur l’île. Les équipements sont nombreux, un léger bémol concerne la literie de la chambre principale qui mériterait à notre sens (mais il est vrai que nous sommes exigeants sur ce point lors de nos diverses locations 😉) d’être changée.

Location idéalement placé au plus près de la mer. La conciergerie très agréable, bon accueil. Le jardin cloturé parfait pour mon chien. Pièce principale un peu petite comparé au reste de la maison, mais maison bien équipé. Manque le Wifi quand les réseaux ne fonctionnent pas. Faute à pas de bol avec la tempête je ne pouvais pas me stationner à la place reservé avec la maison voila le seul inconvénient. En gros agréable séjour malgré le temps.

Une tres jolie maison typique, avec un bel espace exterieur, le confort et tres bien amenagee. La situation et excellente quasiment face a la mer. Nous avons pu profiter de 3 jours de repos en toute quiétude. Nul doutenque nous reviendrons pour un sejour plus long.
