 Very nice house, south facing, comfortable and nicely decorated,

ideally located in the middle of the island, in La Guérinière, about 150m from the sea and 200 m from the Bois des Eloux.

Its surface area: 70 m2.
The living room opens through sliding door to the terrace south.
the kitchen is fully equipped. (oven, microwave, ceramic hob 4 fires, dishwasher ...)

The children's room: 1 bed 140 and 2 bunk beds, storage cupboard
The parents' room: 1 bed 140 and cupboard
140 beds bedding is new and high quality

The bathroom: tiled shower in the Italian and sink, washing machine, storage
WC: separate Earthenware

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für schöne entspannte Ferien braucht. Sie Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse sind für Tag und Nacht sehr komfortabel. Bad super.Die Ausstattung weist einzelne kleine Unzulänglichkeiten auf (z.B CD Spieler funktioniert nicht), was unsere Freude nicht beeinträchtigt hat.Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin klappt hervorragend.

Maison agréable dans l'ensemble mais plage pour baignade assez loin (voiture ou vélo)

Jolie maison bien entretenue à l'intérieur. Par contre, on est obligé de passer par la salle d'eau pour aller aux toilettes ! tout va bien pour 2 personnes mais pour 6 ???? Dans la cuisine, les poëles seraient à changer. A l'extérieur, impossible d'orienter le parasol. Le soir on a le soleil dans les yeux pour diner....même si on change la table de place. Vérifier aussi les lumières extérieures et la prise de courant. Egalement la fermeture du portail qui n'a pas de serrure : il faut passer le doigt dans la targette !!! difficile de l'extérieur... Bonne note pour les produits d'entretien à disposition, sac poubelle et papier WC. Par contre mauvaise note pour la plage à 150m. Il faut préciser que ce n'est pas une plage pour la baignade mais uniquement pour la pêche car il y a des algues et rochers à marée basse. A marée haute, elle n'est pas accessible. La plage la plus proche est accessible en voiture ou en vélo. Enfin les voisins sont assez bruyants et gare à leur barbecue sauvage, à même le sable dans leur jardin. Sinon belles promenades sur l'ile, marchés attrayants et calme la journée.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, reposant et agréable dans une belle maison joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et l'oranger odorant pour nos repas. Charmant accueil de Madame Périou. La maison était nickel et la proximité de la mer très appréciable. Merci pour ces belles vacances! Je recommande très vivement cette location.

Charmant accueil de Madame PERIOU, une maison baignée de lumière, propre et fonctionnelle, très bien située pour nos escapades au restaurants tous les soirs. Nous avons pu apprécier le calme des lieux, le confort et aussi la possibilité de rentrer notre véhicule et merci aussi d'accepter notre petit chien , nous y sommes revenus une semaine en septembre et gardons bien au chaud les coordonnées, bonne continuation et à très bientôt

Superbe séjour dans une magnifique maison.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, après un accueil très chaleureux et amical des propriétaires. La maison est refaite à neuf avec goût, très fonctionnelle et parfaitement propre: parfaite pour nous 5! Une situation géographique parfaite pour les adeptes de la pêche à marée basse que nous sommes. Une location à recommander!

Cette location aux propriétaires accueillants et avisés, correspond exactement aux belles photos du reportage ci-dessus. La villa très propre, preuve d'un entretien permanent est également très confortable, a recommander en couple ou en famille, la proximité de l'océan ajoute un atout supplémentaire. Nous avons passé une semaine dans la très jolie petite Maison, située dans une résidence très calme, bien aménagée et joliment décorée. Les Propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont communiqué spontanément de bonnes infos pour optimiser notre séjour. Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse ensoleillée. 15 jours de rêve dans cette jolie petite maison, toute belle, toute propre, décorée avec charme, où rien ne manque... grandes terrasses ensoleillées et équipées donnant sur jardin clos au calme, à 2 pas de la mer. adorable maison très propre, très agréable et à 2 pas de la mer. Tout y est et on s'y sent bien. la pièce de vie est très spacieuse, la cuisine bien agencée. tout est neuf ce qui est bien agréable. Toutes les pièces sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. nous avons bien profité de l'extérieur avec ses 2 belles terrasses. Nous avons profité de la plage et avons découvert la pêche à pied, nous avons parcouru l'ile à vélo et découvert des paysages merveilleux. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une semaine ce qui est trop court, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine. Un grand merci aux propriétaires fort sympathiques et qui ont été de très bons conseils. MAGNIFIQUE !!!!!

Superbe location avec tout le confort et les équipements que l'on peut espérer. Décorée avec un goût divin, jusqu'à la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Elle est dotée d'une magnifique terrasse. Idéalement située et très calme, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont adorables et de bons conseils. Merci pour tout M. et Mme PERIOU et au plaisir de vous revoir.
