La Galidolle: House with garden, in a quiet location 5 minutes' walk from the beach

A 5-minute walk from the beach, this 84 m² house in La Guérinière was built in 2007. The garden is enclosed and there is a large terrace. On the ground floor, there is a spacious 45 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge. There is also a 12 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a shower room with a toilet. Using only the ground floor, this house is perfectly suited for 2 people. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with a queen-size bed (160cm) or two single beds (80cm). The beach is a 5-minute walk away. For shops, there is a shopping complex including an Intermarché supermarket 3 minutes away by car and 6 minutes by bike, and the centre of La Guérinière is 2 minutes away by car and 4 minutes by bike. The proximity of cycle paths gives you access to Noirmoutier-en-l'Île and the salt marshes. You can also visit Butterfly Island and the island's museum of traditions. If you enjoy walks, the Bois des Eloux is very close by. We will be there to welcome you and assist you with your departure. We offer bed linen rental at €18 per bed and towels for €7 per person. Rentals are by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
