La Finquita Beach House is located in the complex of Villa Oceanica with direct access to the beach, and 24 hours surveillance.
This beautiful property has 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, A/C unit, and walking closet. The outdoor has a gorgeous kitchen, BBQ Grill, 1 outdoor shower, 1 complete bathroom, and 2 private pools one for kids and the other for adults.
La Finquita has plenty of green areas with a diversity of fruit trees inside the private backyard.


La Finquita Beach House has been upgraded by the NEW OWNERS for our guests to have an amazing experience.

OUR FOCUS:

-The property is sanitized before guests arrived
- NO bad odors on the property
- Pest-repellent devices around the house
- NEW filtered water pumping system for showering
(Please keep in mind this is a rural area, but you will be comfortable and safe)

Great place for family and friends gatherings. Ample space for four families. Beach is very quiet and private.

Fun weekend
The privacy and amenities were fine. Just a little things that need some attention like secure the fence so dogs can’t come inside, a little tray to place soap n shampoo inside the showers , refrigerator needs to be in working condition, some beach chairs, but other than that my husband, family and I enjoyed it. This was my 2nd time staying at this property n I love it.
