Very amazing stay for families and people who want to enjoy activities, the only minus is the address it gives you, your better off using Waze and putting the name of the hotel because I was lost in the sauce, other than that amazing food and staff!

Hotel was nice as well as the restaurant service. But they lack cleanliness in the rooms and there was no hot water. The cold water coming out of the faucet and shower had a strange Metal smell. Other than that, the stay was good

Well .. I paid for a room where 3 people need to sleep and they just gave me a queen bed .. one of my kids is 14 so I needed another bed. Food was really cold and very limited. The hotel said is all inclusive but they give you the cheapest beer and alcohol and they have better drinks but they want you to pay for them. The dance club was fun but is opened till midnight. There is just one pool and everyone was there so the beach was close but not that great. Karaoke was fun . But that’s about it .

Rooms are not very clean plus they don’t have even the essential stuff stuff that you expect to have in a hotel room such as towel hangers, clothes hangers the bathroom is so small that the door won’t open all the way because the sink is on the way also the walls are so thin and don’t have any insulation so hear everything thing the neighbors are saying and doing The food was the same every single day and not very good plus you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the restaurant

There is a lot of room for improvement with maintaining rooms, and presentation of food. Doors didn’t close for the patio, allowing all manner of bugs in. Think more of glamping than resort. The buffet drinks were composed of an ice chest and store bought litter sodas

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. This resort was so misleading, it’s not worth it, the workers weren’t attentive, I had a huge issue with the room where I was put into. Didn’t look like the room in the pictures advertised on Expedia. In the end I would not recommend to anyone, I barely got room service. I asked twice and nothing, I had to go to the main desk and ask for water bottles and clean towels. The main door for the room was not locking, I asked someone to come fix it. It took hours for someone to come and I called in the morning. The service was horrible, the food was horrible. It’s not all inclusive as they say. There’s a tiki bar but that’s out of pocket. I’m extremely unhappy with everything. Not worth over $2k for 5 days.
