"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless.
