"3rd stay and the hotel is still in excellent condition - lovely spacious rooms, drinks quality is unbeatable especially compared to other all inclusive. However the à la carte dining options had changed (condensed into one restaurant) and the food quality was significantly worse in the sports bar and Asian fusion. Buffet remained excellent. "

Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Letting us stay extra hours because of our flight being later in day"

We were disappointed to find that our kitchen was locked and we would have to pay extra to access the facilities. We expected this to be part of the package. We would also have liked the hotel to have a separate bar, away from where the evening entertainment, so that we could enjoy an evening there without having to watch the shows etc. Staff were always really helpful and polite.
