"The apartment was withing walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and souvenir shops. We were able to easily drive into downtown San Diego for other activities that we were interested in. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was not any air conditioning. We are from a colder climate and found that part uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in CA. This will likely be the last time we will spend a vacation with just our little family as our kiddo's are...

"This bungalow (1/2 single story duplex) was the perfect place to stay as a single traveler. It was on a lovely street, very near the beach, and close to many restaurants, bars, and retail establishments. It was very quiet at night. Free on Street parking, perfectly sizes living room, eat in kitchen, nice bedroom with tv, and small bathroom with a very large shower. Very clean. Terrific communication with host family. Loved my stay."

"We had the best time in San Diego over spring break. This condo is located in the perfect area, close to shops, restaurants and right on the beach. Having a parking spot made it so easy and convenient to come and go as we needed. It fit our family of 5 great. I would recommend bringing a rug to help keep some of the sand outside(we improvised with a towel), as well as hangers because there aren’t dressers to put your clothes in. "Upon arrival our unit had not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in and towels were on the floor. I contacted the management co and the response was immediate. We were then given the unit next door, which was in better shape and clean. Loved the location, steps to the beach and many restaurants. Would stay again. "
