"We booked our stay back in January for the end of April. I got a call from the hotel about 3 days before our stay asking if we would be willing to change from a king room to 2 queens. I told them that we would really like to have the king if it’s available. They told me it would be a huge help if we were able to change rooms. So for their convenience I told them that was fine. I was told that since I was willing to do so I would get 2 night free of my stay. We just go back from our vacation and I have yet to receive anything indicating that’s happening. But I will obviously give it some time to work itself out. I mentioned it also to the front desk person at check in and she knew nothing about it and no notes were placed on our account about that conversation. So that makes me nervous. Our stay was pretty good over all. We had a ground floor ocean side room. I know the hotel cant really help it but the beach does get very busy right outside the sliding window. So during the day when we were in our hotel room it didn't feel like we had much privacy unless we closed the curtain. That didn’t bother us too much but a room on a higher floor would of been more ideal if your wanting a nice view. The AC unit was definitely working extra hard to get cooler airflow. The staff was accommodating when I needed extra blankets and towels. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the service was great. The location has a lot to offer and it’s a nice quiet area at night."

"Breakfast selection was great. Hot tub didn't work first couple of nights. It was hot, no bubbles. After hot tub was fixed, not that powerful. Pool/hot tub need good cleaning/scrubbing. Had to constantly as for pool towels to be restocked. Got 2 bedroom Suite - just looked like normal size hotel room. Ocean view? Not sure why it's listed like that - not close enough for ocean view. One day without notice - workers on balcony and covered our screen door with plastic to work on the building. Alot of construction and noise. Housekeeping gave us new towels, but didn't even make beds. Overall nice area."

"The room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping, beach, and activities. The staff are helpful and friendly. We hope to return again very soon!"
