La Jolla Modern Beach House

Walk to La Jolla Shores from our beautiful villa. We are located one block from the hub of La Jolla Shores (Avenida de la Playa) and one more block to place your feet in the sand and play in the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Please refer to our location on the map. We are close to UCSD, Torrey Pines Golf Course, and La Jolla Village. Hwy 5 and 52 are nearby, which make downtown San Diego, Del Mar, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, and many other fun destinations and activities easily accessible.

This gorgeous home in La Jolla Shores allows you to walk to the beach, book awesome activities with the vendors on Avenida de la Playa, and dine at amazing restaurants..all within walking distance. La Jolla Shores Modern Beach House has received architectural awards and considerable press due to the beautiful design. The home was featured in the Winter 2015 edition of California Homes magazine, the November 2019 Union Tribune Coastal Homes & Estates magazine, Dwell, and many others. The glass wall, which separates the inside from the outside, completely retracts and allows the two to merge. This makes the house wonderful for entertaining and enjoying the gorgeous weather here in La Jolla. This is a 4 bedroom home. All bedrooms have a bathroom and shower (and tub in two).
