La Jolla's biggest draw for locals and visitors alike are the beautiful beaches. During the summer and autumn months, the surf is relatively gentle, with warm waters in the 70s. Getting Around:
La Jolla is a very walkable town! You can walk across the street to the seaside boardwalk / beach. Walk down there and you can walk all over to posh boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants, and more!

If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.

Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.

Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. This must be signed in order to receive check-in info.
