Great location and amenities!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, but it was also nice hanging out in the backyard and having meals there. Would highly recommend this house!

Fantastic stay with kids!

Wonderful stay! Perfect location and the home could not have been better for our 4 and 6 year old who loved the back yard almost as much as the beach.

We stayed 3 days and wish we had booked for longer. Extremely welcoming decor and the host was amazing. Basically, everything within walking distance, and at your fingertips. We will definitely be looking forward to another state of the future.

We stayed for a wedding and we absolutely loved our place. The backyard was perfect to hang out and sit by the fire with friends and the location was perfect. We would 100% come back!

Perfect summer vacation home for family!This is the second time that we rented this house, and we just love all the amenities, the location and the big backyard with all the toys for kids. The added pergola with a large picnic table is perfect: we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner every day outside.The house is clean, spacious and comfortable: we love the beds!You can walk easily to the beach even with a 4 years old, then in the evening walk to get ice-cream or dine at a restaurant.We are planning to rent again next year for a longer period.

Christmas Vacation with family

This was the perfect place for us. Location was close to everything- we loved the easy walk to beach and the village. The house was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the great backyard area but it was a perfect place to hang out and relax. Communication was very good- tips about the area were provided, questions were answered quickly and check-in and check-out process was easy.

Perfect beach house close to everything!

The house is welcoming and comfortable, and recently renovated. The yard is quite large and well organized with many games including a playhouse, we had our 2 granddaughters with us so it was great to have a large space where they could play while we relaxed. The beach and restaurants are close enough that our 3 1/2 years old could walk to and from without complaining. Just one word of advice, since the area is quite popular as the beach is perfect for little kids, if you need to go grocery shopping, you need to go the backway through the Scripps Aquarium Road to avoid the traffic on I 5. We will return to this place!

Great find!

We had such an amazing time at this house. The decorations are so cute, the beds and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a rental, and that back yard and fire pit were thoroughly enjoyed. Our host was super attentive, quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach towels weren't there so they ordered them in time for our trip to the beach. The firepit ran out of propane, and a new tank was delivered. What excellent customer service!! The house is a short walk to the Village which we took at least once a day for some really great restaurants. The beach was also a short walk away and they had chairs and toys to roll over in the beach wagon they provided. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, and 5 star experience!

House was just as advertised - stylish, clean, well-located, and well-appointed for kids and adults. Backyard was very spacious and enough games and space for children ages 3-7 and adult relaxation.Beds were very comfortable and worked well for the number of children in our family.Stocked with basics so no need to buy laundry soap, dish soap, Kleenex, tp, etc. We needed 1 item brought to us and it was delivered right away.Host very attentive and friendly and so was the next-door neighbor. Would love to come back another time!

Amazing spot in La Jolla Shores

Absolutely loved our stay at this La Jolla Shores home! We were a group of six adults and a baby, and the house was perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The home itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The backyard was a highlight with a fire pit, outdoor dining area, lawn games, and everything you could need for a beach day. The host was incredibly responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. Truly an amazing spot—highly recommend!

Fantastic Home, Great Location, Perfect Backyard

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 6 adults. The backyard is lovely with a great fire pit, conversation space, outdoor dining, and space to play yard games. The house is located just a couple of streets away from the main street with lots of great shops and restaurants. It's also just a short 5 min walk to the beach. The property manager was lovely to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home to a group of adults but also anyone with children as there is an adorable tree fort and playhouse in the backyard as well. 10/10

This house was super ,it worked so well for all of us. We loved that it was close to the beach for early morning walks and runs!! Carolines is great for breakfast.(good coffee) The fire pit was nice to hang out at in the evening too.We loved that it was so central to cafes , shops & even in walking distance to La Jolla Cove, the wildlife was very entertaining!Thank you.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful vacation in La Jolla. This house was perfect for our family. You are a few blocks from the beach, local restaurants, and shops. The house met all our needs - had comfy beds, well appointed kitchen, and 'the best backyard ever' (according to my children). We would 100% stay here again if we ever return to La Jolla.

Great place to stay

This has been an exceptional trip for us. We did have a family gathering on Friday afternoon and the space was great including the outdoors with all the available seating. It truly was a “home” away from home.Super convenient walking to the beach, cove, and pier/Birch Aquarium.With our flights we will be leaving before 10:00 am. I will try to remember to text you when we are leaving. Thank goodness the weather cooperated with our trip.
