Ocean views abound from this well appointed yet casual beach house property, just steps from the sand.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy family and friends (and occasionally dolphins).

Step out the door, cross the only street between you and the Pacific, and your toes will be delivered to the sand.

Relax in this single story home that’s perfect for 2 or 3 families. The home features dual master bedrooms. One master has ocean views, the other has a tranquil view of the spa and garden. Each master has a King sized bed. One master has rain-head shower + separate tub. Other master has shower.

A kids room with bunked beds (one twin over one full) and en-suite tub/shower bathroom are on the opposite side of the main house from the masters.

The third King bed is in a detached ocean view “cottage” which has a bathroom with a shower.

Also detached is a large fifth bedroom. This room contains a king bed, it's own tv, and couch. The space is ample enough to open up the queen floor matrress for an additional sleeping accommodations.

The floor plan is open with vaulted ceilings and tiled floors for easy beach living.

The kitchen was remodeled in 2012 with a granite countertop space to seat 7. The 8 foot dining table seats another 8-10. Place settings for 16 are provided. It’s a perfect home to gather friends or family for summer, holidays, vacations, or days ending in 'y'.

The large spa can be used cool, to refresh, or you can heat it and use the jets to warm up and relax after a day at the beach.

All bedding is all 100% cotton. Many 500 thread count or Ralph Lauren sheets and covers. Down comforters & pillows for all King beds (down alternative available upon request).

The living area is a great space to get cozy and catch up with family or friends while playing games, or watching a movie.

The garage has a washer/drier and space for 1 car.

Absolutely no smoking on the premises. This includes spa area and yard. Violation will result in forfeit of security deposit.
No excessive noise after 10 PM. If there are noise complaints, we will give 1 warning. If we receive noise complaints again, grounds for eviction.
Please see rental agreement for accurate cancellation policy. Upon submission of payment, agreement is considered accepted by both owner and traveler.
