Perfect place where to stay when in La Jolla

Very enjoyable stay in the heart of La Jolla village walking distance to everything. The house is very spacious, perfectly maintained with all amenities you may need. Location is perfect few blocks from the ocean, cafes restaurants and much more . Highly recommended

Amazing House and Location

The location is fabulous for all you'll need for your stay. The house was well equipped, clean and luxurious. The master shower is the best shower of my life. We loved the little touches and whimsy. Property owner was responsive and available as much as we needed. They were also very accommodating with early arrival and late checkout which just made various arrival and departure times so much easier. I'll be bookmarking this one and hope to return again!

Great location and house.

Amazing location, few short blocks to heart of LaJolla shops and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable beds and good linens. Great kitchen. Would stay again.

La Jolla Family Reunion

The place is located in an excellent area of La Jolla, beautiful and historical and easy to walk around. The house was very clean and great for our guests. We would go again.

Perfect La Jolla location

Beautifully decorated 5 bedroom home in a great location near lots of shopping and eating in La Jolla. We were in town for a golf tournament at Torrey Pines and it was also well located for that. Fixtures and decor were top notch!

Great time in La Jolla

The house was a great place for our family to stay while visiting the area. We could walk to many convenient restaurants and the beach. Great dining table for us all to eat and play games. Spacious place to hang out and watch TV altogether.

Spectacular Home

This place was truly a home away from home. Really clean with all the amenities needed to host a family. The rooms were spacious and the living room was very cozy. We did not spend a ton of time at the property because it is a short drive or moderate walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

High-end property!

We were very impressed with this property…everything is brand new and “Ritz” quality. Master suite very impressive (especially liked the spacious walk-in shower with great water flow from the rain-shower style shower head!). This is a great unit for 4 adults (our party) too.

Great location to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Very walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. House was clean when we checked in and functioned well for our group of 8. Only suggestion for improvement would be additional TP, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.

Lovely home!

We had a very nice stay at this property. There seemed to be a delay issue getting us our check in codes, but it was resolved promptly. The home is beautiful and had all we needed. Be sure that your party can handle stairs, multi levels.

Cool house in a great location

The house is very cool. 8 people, including two toddlers, stayed comfortably. The communal areas can accommodate everyone comfortably. The 2-car garage and beach equipment are real conveniences. There was a some confusion about how the 3 parking spaces were allocated to house. The neighborhood is very walkable and the beach is very close.

Beautiful House and Location

My sorority sisters and I decided we needed a reunion so we rented the house for the weekend. It is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of bedrooms, and we could walk to all things La Jolla. There is a grocery store and a Bev Mo within a few blocks. There are great restaurants around too. My only suggestion would be a few more towels in each bathroom - we ran very short. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great location - great house

We had extended family join us for a holiday gathering and this was the perfect house to accommodate everyone - each having different levels of the house to retreat to. It is decorated really cute, and the primary suite is unbeatable!!! Views of the ocean, and an amazing soaking tub made it hard to leave! The large dining room table was perfect for game nights. We loved the location and being able to walk to stores and restaurants - the location is great. Only downsides (not many): the floors upstairs are extremely creaky and not great for sleeping babies; despite being 4ish levels, sound in the house travels - so definitely not great for privacy. The hot tub was working on day 1; then after a maintenance person came by unexpectedly, it stopped working and we weren’t able to use it. The neighbors in the cul-de-sac are not excited for the home being a vacation rental (including having signs in their yard indicating as such), so it did make for a few uncomfortable encounters and wasn’t the most welcoming arrival. But overall, very clean, comfortable and a great home if you are looking for a big space to entertain and experience life in downtown!

Great home, service left a lot to be desired

I booked this home for my college friends and I, we enjoyed the space to be clear. When we arrived, all of the trash and recycling bins were already full from the prior tenant. We contacted Vacasa the agency in charge of the rental property, who's company policy is not to allow the customer to contact the local manager under any circumstances. For a few reasons, we found this frustrating. At the time of booking, we requested late check out of 12 noon, which is not unreasonable by any means. We all had late afternoon flights, but the folks are Vacasa refused to let us speak to the local manager about getting this accommodated, we were told to wait at the airport for a few extra hours. Second, when we told Vacasa about the full trash bins, they said the local manager would take care of it, and they didn't do anything about it. Not only this, but we were told we could not contact them to follow up. If the local manager did their job, we would have no issue. Frankly, Vacasa has a great app and pretty pictures of homes, but I found the service from their staff and local managers leaving a lot to be desired.

Excellent home for large family of adults!

This property was beautifully decorated and all the beds were incredibly comfortable! The master suite was really a delight and we were sad to leave it behind! We cooked most of our meals there and the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. It's a multi-level home, with stairs between each of the 4 levels, so maybe not great if you had little ones or any physical limitations, but for us as a group of adults, it was really perfect! We enjoyed the beaches nearby during the day, made our dinners at the house and walked to ice cream shops in the evenings, followed by movies on the comfy sofa at night! We had read about an unfriendly neighbor, but didn't have any interactions with them, but we kept pretty quiet outdoors, so as not to make any waves. Would absolutely stay here again!
