"We really enjoyed our stay at El Pilar. It is right in the middle of everything = perfect location. It is a stunning property, the rooms are great, and the restaurants on site were all excellemt. We were very happy with our stay overall. We did have problems with the validating of the parking (they did not have any validated passes to give us costing us 5 euros a night) that was not handled well by the staff. But even this could not put a damper on our enthusiasm for this place!"

"The breakfast menu offered a nice variety of options. The room was clean and offered a very nice view overlooking plaza and the city. The members of the staff (Angel, Ayme, Elisa, Miguel, Natalia, Nicolas, and Genesis) were all extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They all are worthy of the highest commendations. They made sure we had a wonderful experience. Kudos to whoever put together this group. Without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve had was at the Hotel Estepona Plaza."

"Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."
