The Delos residence is located in the Argentière area, renowned for its large sandy beach and pine forest, where you can relax on the lush green grass. To the east of the beach is the starting point of the coastal trail, a 9-kilometer walk along the seashore leading to Fort de Brégançon in Bormes-les-Mimosas.

You’ll be able to get around entirely on foot. The beach and restaurants are nearby. Once you’ve parked your car at the residence, you can explore L’Argentière by bike or on foot.

If the rental takes place during the winter season for a duration of more than 7 days, heating will be billed based on the metre reading.

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

These amounts will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
