You can also take advantage of the PRIVATE STORAGE ROOM in the basement to store your bikes, paddleboards, scuba gear, strollers, beach gear, and more—and then head straight to the beach from the basement.

The Baie des Isles shopping centre, open from April through October and located 150 metres from the residence, features a Vival mini-market, a bakery, a newsstand, a tobacco shop, restaurants, a pizzeria, a laundromat, and a dry cleaner—all without having to take the car. There’s an Intermarché in the town centre. 
What makes our residence so special is that La Londe-les-Maures is still a destination relatively unknown to the general public, with magnificent, uncrowded beaches and crystal-clear waters that are delightfully overlooked by the crowds. A grove of pine and cork oak trees nearby, complete with its endearing donkeys. Anse Marine, at the foot of the Massif des Maures and its Natural Park, allows you to live right by the shore while being surrounded by nature.

The coastal trail that passes in front of the residence will take you eastward for several hours of seaside walking, with not a single building in sight, through a succession of beaches: l’Argentière, Pellerin, Léoube, l’Estagnol, Grand Jardin, and Cabasson, all the way to FORT DE BREGANCON (the presidential summer residence), which boasts a particularly rich natural setting and underwater wildlife.… To the west, discover the VIEUX SALINS of Hyères and its majestic flamingos standing on their long legs. You can go on some magnificent hikes!!!
For CYCLING enthusiasts, starting from the residence, there are numerous bike trails in the Maures Mountains and, above all, the coastal route that runs from Le Lavandou to Cavalaire, offering views of the coves and the Îles d’Or—a true feast for the eyes.
