In a recently built, fully refurbished residence, overlooking the fine sandy beach just 30 metres away, near Port Miramar, you’ll love our beautiful ‘Mon Rêve Bleu’ three-room flat, classified as a 3* furnished holiday let, offering luxury VIP accommodation for up to 5 people, with 2 proper bedrooms (not just a cubicle), not overlooked, very light, modern and comfortable.
It’s equipped just like home (it’s our second home), with free Wi-Fi and internet via fibre-optic connection, a TV in the living room and a soundbar/Bluetooth speaker, and in the master bedroom, a 160x200 bed with very comfortable, high-quality memory foam bedding.

You’ll be amazed by the exceptional sea view as soon as you step into the flat! From the 12.50 m² balcony: a magnificent 180-degree view of the sea, the beach, the pine trees and the Îles d’Or: the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le Levant lie right in front of you.

Direct access to the beach and the sea (30 metres away), with no roads to cross, in a COMPLETELY PEDESTRIAN AREA – right on the water’s edge! Children are safe here.

Bed linen and towels are available for hire: SUPPLIED ON REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Please ask me for prices. To be booked after payment of the balance one month in advance, and to be paid directly to the concierge service on the day of arrival.The coastal path starts right outside your flat, and you can set off on foot or by bike along the beautiful seafront.


The flat comprises:
- A large living room with Wi-Fi and a high-quality Samsung soundbar/Bluetooth speaker for the TV and for listening to your music playlists.

- An open-plan kitchen with everything you need for your comfort: 60 cm dishwasher, washing machine, large 4-star fridge-freezer, 3 ovens (large multifunction oven, microwave, mini multifunction electric oven – to be replaced in May 2027 by an air fryer), induction hob, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle…

- 2 proper bedrooms sleeping a total of 5 people (not just cubicles), with sea views from both bedrooms (a side view from the second bedroom)
A 160x200 bed and a top-of-the-range EMMA mattress in the master bedroom with sea view, and two beds with top-of-the-range 140x90 EMMA memory foam mattresses on the bottom, and 90x190 memory foam mattresses on the top (bunk beds).

- Very large ceiling fans in the living room and the master bedroom, and a wall-mounted fan in the second bedroom from May 2027.
The flat is dual-aspect, and the light sea breeze from the coast helps to cool the flat, enhanced by the ceiling fans.

- Beautiful, modern bathroom with a bath

- Separate toilet

- A sheltered 12.50 m² balcony with a table and armchairs, sun loungers and an electric barbecue.

- Large private storage unit in a secure underground car park situated beneath the residence, which also provides space to store your bikes (if you’re bringing them, along with your beach gear): there are plenty of cycle paths in the area and cycling is a real pleasure!

- Free baby equipment available on request (cot, booster seat, potty, toilet seat reducer)

- On request, FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, bed linen and towels can be hired from a supplier. These will be left in the flat for your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:
- NON-SMOKING FLAT; NO PETS ALLOWED
- RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (early departure possible by arrangement directly with my concierge service)
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: 400 euros on arrival, payable by uncashed cheque for French nationals and in cash for non-French nationals
- HEATING: from 15 OCTOBER (inclusive) to 15 APRIL (inclusive), heating costs are to be paid separately based on the electricity metre reading (less the usual running costs of the flat without heating)
- A CONTRACT must be signed between the owner and the tenant. It will be sent by email along with the website’s rental terms and conditions at the time of booking, containing the usual details regarding the rental.
- The bedspreads visible in the photos have unfortunately been removed due to health and safety protocols.

PLEASE NOTE: When making a booking, please disregard the blank standard contract that will be sent to you; it is no longer valid, but customer services are unable to remove it (due to a technical glitch). I will contact you by email after your booking and send you the correct contract to sign.

Discount for LONG-TERM RENTALS (low season only). Please contact me before booking so that I can adjust the quote.

Within walking distance (less than 200 metres): restaurants, a variety of shops, gardens, a mountain bike trail, walking routes, children’s play areas and a trampoline in high season, a boules court, the marina (Port de la Londe), water sports (windsurfing, diving and catamaran lessons, etc.), boat licence courses, and the ferry to Porquerolles… The island of Porquerolles, which you can reach by boat from Port-Miramar (a 5-minute walk away), where you can spend an unforgettable day in unspoilt natural surroundings with crystal-clear turquoise waters
