"What a great property! Cleanliness was excellent, the small incidentals provided for travelers was well thought out. The pool was extremely warm during my stay, keep in mind I was there day after hurricane Simon. My Spanish is minimal, but communication with staff was good! "We stayed during hurricane Simon. The staff was excellent and did what they could to make our stay comfortable considering the circumstance of the storm. The restaurant staff was exceptional. We had no problem speaking English. The rooms are clean and very large. The overall decor of the hotel and gardens are beautifully done and the pool is beautiful. It's like a grand hotel that needs a little bit of polishing but we enjoyed our stay and would go back."
