When you step inside Sairia House, you will walk into a bright passage that takes you to the self-catering, friendly open-plan kitchen, designed with convenience in mind. This kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and ample counter space ideal for cooking and enjoying delicious meals during your stay.
The lounge area is furnished with a cosy plush couch, setting up a perfect spot for guests to rejuvenate after a long day of outdoor adventures. It also features a flatscreen television mounted on the wall, so you can enjoy streaming services like Netflix throughout your stay.
There are sliding glass doors that open to a private balcony featuring a tastefully furnished outdoor dining set for four and a comfortable lounge space, excellent for drinking your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular ocean views.
Sairia House consists of three bedrooms. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
