    The villa sit high above the village with stunning 180° views of the village below, the Maurs mountain range, Roquebrune and alone the valley to coast of Frejues. Not only does it offer the most wonderful views from the tiered gardens with a heated pool, covered outside dining area with fridge, gas BBQ, a large decked setting area and a boule court for you to enjoy, This provides the most peaceful and tranquil setting you could ever hope for with total privacy. The villas itself offers spacious accommodations. A large open combined lounge and dining room with open views to the pool and countryside. A Provencal style kitchen with all modern equipment one would expect. Three bedrooms all with en-suites the master bedroom being the larger of them all with French doors to the pool area and open views, a generous sized fully fitted bathroom with bath, walk-in shower twin hand basins & WC. Two other twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The villa and its gardens provides the perfect holiday setting, to relax and for soaking up the sun and swimming in the pool

Schönes Ferienhaus leider nicht sauber

Das Haus ist auf einer Anhöhe abseits gelegen, der Blick vom Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Poolbereich wenn auch hier und da Zeit für Erneuerungsarbeiten wäre. Leider können wir diesem Haus nur 3 Sterne geben was vor allem der Sauberkeit und der Reaktion der vermietenden Agentur geschuldet ist. -Pool mit einer Unmenge an Tausendfüssler verunreinigt -Terrassenbereich ebenso -Haus ungenutzt ( inklusiver einer stark verschmutzten Toilette) -Kontakt zu Agentur Var Villa Holidays erst nach 2 Tagen möglich (Telefonanrufe , Nachrichten auf AB, E-Mails blieben alle unbeantwortet), leider war der Kontakt als er dann zustande kam sehr unhöflich und einsichtig, der Pool wurde nach großem Drängen gereinigt ( für uns aber 2 Tage nicht nutzbar ) - Haus wurde von uns gereinigt, da die Agentur erst in ein paar Tagen vorbei kommen wollte ( trotz zugeschickten Bildern) -teilweise defekte Fliegengitter - man sollte im Inserat auch erwähnen das die Zufahrt zu dem Haus sehr steil und eine unbefestigte Stasse ist

Beau séjour en famille par grande canicule

Nous avons passé un beau séjour en famille avec 4 grands enfants. La propriété est bien à l’écart, au calme, avec une très jolie vue. On sent à l’équipement et à la décoration qu’il s’agit d’une maison de famille. Quelques bémols tout de même. La propreté générale à notre arrivée était vraiment en dessous de ce qu’on peut attendre (vaisselle sale, intérieur des armoires pas frais, lave vaisselle vraiment très sale,….) Globalement la villa aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement pour mériter une meilleure côte. Il n’y a pas de climatisation et par grande canicule comme cette année ça fait une différence. Dernière chose : l’accès en voiture est très raide sur un chemin caillouteux en lacets et quand même sur quelques centaines de mètres. Ni ma femme, ni ma fille n’ont jamais osé y monter en voiture. Ça devrait être signalé dans l’annonce.
