Four Stars 4-bedroom villa with separate studio, all air-conditioned with heated swimming pool in the renowned Domaines de Saint Endréol Golf Club & Spa Resort.

Private swimming pool 12 X 6, heated and secure.

Accommodation description:
The main house is on 2 levels:
Ground floor :
Very comfortable and pleasant fully air-conditioned layout: entrance hall, separate toilet, living/dining room with SMART TV. Open kitchen (4 induction hobs with gas burners, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, Nespresso machine, electric hot water system (Quooker), toaster.

Upstairs:
First floor:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 X 190),
1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x190) for two adults and an optional child's bed (70x140)
with 1 bathroom and toilet
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (200 X 200), en-suite shower room and private terrace.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Separate Studio:
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (200 x200) and shower room and toilet.

Large pleasant outdoor terrace, fully furnished and overlooking a beautiful swimming pool, landscaped garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers).
Garage space with fridge and freezer and storage room for storing golf equipment.
Parking space next to the villa.
Extras: pétanque court and a large charcoal BBQ (Green Egg).

The Domaines de Saint Endréol Golf & Spa Resort, 4 stars is located in La MOTTE, VAR, in a vast green nature setting of 168 ha and fully secured.

The “SHAMROCK” villa
Charming detached villa and outbuilding with an area of ​​150 m2, fully air-conditioned, for 8 people, on a plot of 1,900 m2 planted with Mediterranean species, fully fenced and secured by an electric gate.
La Motte is a pretty little Provençal village in a wine region. In fact, there are many very famous wineries in the vicinity. You can go on many hikes, mountain bike and racing bike tours around LA MOTTE. Many restaurants are nearby and there is also the renowned restaurant LES GORGES DE PENNAFORT, very famous for its gastronomy. If you feel like going to the beach, you are 20 minutes by car from LES ISSAMBRES and SAINTE MAXIME and 40 minutes from SAINT TROPEZ…. To visit the Gorges du VERDON, it takes 1 hour by car, the close by village of MOUSTIERS SAINTE MARIE is worthwhile visiting.

Séjour superbe

Nous avons été charmés par cette superbe Villa au style provençal et au calme .. La literie est très bonne. Il y’a tous les équipements nécessaires et de très bonne qualité . On ne manque vraiment de rien L extérieur est magnifique avec sa piscine est sont terrain de boule . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , mis à à part le temps qui n’étais pas au rdv .
