On the Millevaches plateau, my 4-room house is located 15 km from Royère de Vassivière and Lake Vassivière with beaches for supervised swimming, canoeing, golf, horse riding, tennis, windsurfing and fishing.
5 km from the Lac de Lavaud Gelade.
3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one twin bed (separable into two single beds) with sheets, duvet covers and duvets at your disposal.
+ an umbrella bed and a baby high chair.
Living room with sofa, television, DVD player, DVD, books and board games.
Bathroom with bath. toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: necessary kitchen and dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas stove with oven and wood stove.
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers as well as 1 woman's mountain bike, 1 men's bike and 1 kid's bike at your disposal.
START on Saturday morning and ARRIVE on Saturday afternoon.
Possibility of asking the option to book at registration: CLEANING end of stay 70 euro

Logement correct, mais manque d’espace (le bar dans la cuisine est très gênant) Dommage que dans la description il ne soit pas précisé que 2 chambres sont en enfilade. Et le jardin n’était pas tondu complètement. Nous et les chiens n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. Aucun soucis avec la propriétaire.

Petite maison agréable. Prévoir le ravitaillement, car il vous faudra faire au minimum 15 km à 20 kilomètres pour faire les courses, pas de boulangerie à proximité.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour à la Nouaille et dans cette maison qui est restée dans son "jus" (ce n'est pas péjoratif au contraire) avec du confort ! Le jardin est agréable et l'ombre du pommier appréciable. Sans vouloir tout dévoiler, une maison avec des livres c'est tellement rare ! Tout permet de se sentir chez soi. La propriétaire est très agréable. nous étions 2 adultes (une partie du séjour) et deux filles (qui se plaisaient beaucoup) et un chat qui pensait être chez lui !

Joli gîte dans un hameau

Un joli gîte dans un petit hameau tranquille, avec la cuisine donnant sur un grand jardin très agréable où l’on peut manger ou bien faire la sieste à l’ombre du pommier. Possibilité d’aller cueillir de délicieuses myrtilles chez un petit producteur dans le même hameau.

Un logement dans son jus

Notre séjour dans la région a été plus que positif toutefois une grande déception pour cette location, aucun protocole sanitaire lié au COVID!!! (Je trouve cela très limite !!) La maison quand nous sommes arrivée était à mon goût très sale, la cuisine, la salle de bains et les toilettes n’étaient pas propre! La maison est remplie de poussières et de toiles d’araignées! Lors de notre séjour le jardin n’était pas fauché donc nous n’avons pas pu exploiter celui ci entièrement. Dans les chambres, les plaques du plafond menaçaient de tomber. Je comprends que la rénovation de cette maison a un coût mais vu le prix de la location le minimum est la propreté!

Bien mais beaucoup de temps de voiture pour les déplacements dû au relief.

C'est un lieu idéal pour le calme. On peut facilement manger dehors car il n'y a pas de moustiques. La maison est pratique, avec une bonne literie dans chaque chambre. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires qui sont sympathiques. Nous avons choisi cette région que nous ne connaissions pas car nous participons à Terra Aventura (style geocaching en region Aquitaine accessible à tout âge ). C'est une autre façon de découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en Creuse.

Séjour au calme et plein d'activités

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Emmanuelle, toujours présente si besoin. Nos 4 enfants se sont tout de suite plu dans la maison et le grand jardin. Nous avons trouvé des activités pour tout le monde : baignades, balades au lac, chasse au trésor, ramassage de myrtilles, loups de chabrière, visite de villages... bref tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances !!

La maison est coquette et plutôt sympa, et le voisinage vraiment gentil, mais le manque d'entretien nous a rebutés : toiles d'araignées dans le placard à vaisselle, verres sentant le renfermé, denrées périmées, frigo éteint et avec des moisissures, faucheux dans les coins. A l'arrivée nous attendait un petit apéritif, ce qui est une attention plaisante, ainsi que de la documentation touristique. L'endroit est loin de tout et permet une vraie coupure et de la détente.
