"It was nice to stay at the Chic and basic velvet hotel, staff is very friendly, kitchen area has a lot of options and the hotel is in a very nice area. Only gap that’s why I gave 4 stars is the air conditioning in my room, it was an old and outdated system and there was no extraction fan in the bathroom. All the rest was great "
