"Pretty good location right outside the city, easily accessible. The room and location are both great. Myka provided excellent service and was responsive. Super minor issue but not a problem: some of the long-term tenants like to complain about kids play noise in the pool. Just ignore them and let your kids have a good time!"

"Dalia was the host that i communicated with. She was great with helping me and answering all my questions. The Condos is close to the Malecon and had Breathtaking Ocean View in the morning and especially at sunset. The check in and check out was very easy and all questions were answered. It was very quiet. Jose luis Bueno was the night watch and he was great. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us suggestions and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure!"

Unable to contact you prior to check-in despite multiple phone calls and voice messages left with no return phone call. The property address is listed as one thing and yet is not marked. You enter at a spot that is not the address. There is no mention of this in the check-in instructions. "This place looked just like the pictures and was in walking distance to everything. Beautiful views. Incredible place with modern touches and furnishings. Had a few minor things I had to check in with the host on and he answered right away and came over himself within the hour on a Sunday. Highly recommend!"

"Everything went well except getting the correct code for the door. I did not know to respond in What’s App so I responded instead in texting. So the owner did not get my responses. Then VRBO sent a code and unfortunately they had the incorrect code. Fortunately, we called our driver in the complex, he returned, called the owner and we were able to get in the building."
