I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly. I had issues with our tour agency a couple of times, and I spoke very little Spanish; they called and resolved my concern. I want to thank Alondra, Patricia, Jhomora and Alvaro. It made our journey unique and memorable. Our cleaning lady in Piso 3 was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't know her name. She did an excellent job. This hotel is close to Plaza Murillo and local eats. We would stay again in this hotel. The only problem is the heater; we have a problem operating it, and the heat comes out very little. I have to ask Patricia or Jhomora to fix our heater in the room. They have breakfast every morning from 0700 to 0930 in Piso6. They have cereal, bread, eggs, cakes, Juices, empanadas, coffee and teas.

Boutique Vicenzo é perfeito!

Se procura um hotel com padrão excelente por um preço justo, Vivenzo com certeza é a melhor opção. Excelente acomodação, cama perfeita, quarto completo com aquecedor e um banheiro de alto padrão. O atendimento é muito bom, fomos muito bem cuidados por todos os funcionários, sempre se mostraram solícitos.

Was für eine wunderbare Unterkunft! freundliche Mitarbeiter (viele konnten Englisch) bezahlen mit Kreditkarte ohne Aufpreis leckeres vielfältiges Frühstück auf traumhafter Dachterrasse super nah am Zentrum (5 min zu Fuß) schön großes Zimmer mit Heizung (!) und den besten Matratzen, die wir in Bolivien hatten großes Bad mit heißer Dusche /- Hotel ist etwas hellhörig - Wlan setzte immer mal wieder aus -> insgesamt eine super Unterkunft, die wir nur empfehlen können

Alojamiento central en La Paz

El Hotel Boutique Vivenzo está ubicado en la parte central de La Paz, muy cerca de la Plaza Murillo y de muchos museos y sítios de la ciudad para visitar. El servicio de atención ha sido impecable, en especial por parte de Jimena que ha hecho siempre los más grandes esfuerzos para nuestro hospedaje. El desayuno tiene una gran variedad de productos y siempre hemos sido muy bienvenidos por Mari que preparaba exquisitos huevos revueltos. Gracias por el servicio de excelencia, recomendamos inmensamente este hotel a todos que visitan a La Paz.
