Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with a balcony (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 80x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), sloping mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190 cm accessible by a Japanese staircase, bathroom with WC (shower), bathroom (bath), separate WC. Balcony. Private parking. Gîte with authentic interior and mountain atmosphere. Living room opening onto a terrace with a beautiful south-facing exposure. Quality immediate environment, ski-in/ski-out in winter and at the start of hiking trails in summer. Shops and services open only in season. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the La Plagne resort in the village of Les Coches. Plan Bois chairlift 200 meters away with ski-in/ski-out. Many other stations: Les Arcs at 25 km, La Rosière (Espace San Bernardo connection with Italy) at 36 km. Peisey Nordic Center 11 km away. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails near the gîte. Versants d'Aime leisure center 13 km away. Major road passes in the surrounding area: Cormet du Roseland at 37 km, Col du Petit Saint Bernard (Italian border) at 44 km.
