Not Ski In / Ski Out
The chalet was lovely but a proper hike to get to it. The listing is very misleading when it says 1 min walk or ski in / ski out. You have to do a walk to and from the bus stop which is a hike after a day skiing. Or a long walk through the woods in the dark which is 20 minute walk as the bus only comes once an hour. It was a surprise that we had to make our own beds when we got there with sheets and duvet covers that dont fit!! Plus there was a lack of basics thatbyou would expect in a nice chalet like this such as toilet rolls! When it was leaving day, the cleaner or host was one if the rudest woman i have met. She actually messaged us in the morning to tell us to put the laundry on for her for all the bedding before she arrived! We were all gob smacked. She tried to kick us out at 9.30am even though the vooking listing says 11am. We stayed untill 10.55am whenthe taxis come. Overall - great chalet but wrong location for a family holiday. Spend a bit more and get closer to the lifts, bars, restaurants and shops etc.

Hello thanks for your message. It is not mentioned in the description of chalet that Bus stop is at 1' from the chalet --> from google maps: bus stop is located at 3' of walk from the chalet .... ( An indeed 3' of walk means for me " close to the chalet " ). Really Sorry if we do not have the same understanding about what is close or not . About departure. it is clearly mentioned that it is 10.00 AM since the woman in charge of the welcome must clean up all the chalet before arrivals of next persons. In addition, I would like to let you know that I'm extremely disappointed about your stay since you have let the chalet very dirty from the photos taken after your stay (it created some stress to prepare the chalet for the next occupants) and nothing has been tidy up (bins overflowing / dishes not done / leftover food lying around/ etc ... )

Great week
Property is clean and spacious and the view is stunning! Kitchen and dining area have all the essentials to make your stay homely. Chalet is not ski in ski out as advised on site, would need to walk down to nearest slope / get the bus. However the stay was still good and would reccomend

Thank you for your message and I'm glad you had a good stay. the departure on skis is indeed reserved for skiers with a good level (it starts on the forest path in front of the bus station and arrives on a red slope) and the return is from the path starting at the car park of Plagne 1800.

Epic chalet in a beautiful ski area
Super house. Spacious , very nice amenities. Kitchen layout and cooking devices are top notch. Really a very nice house. Special shout out to the guardians of the house, approachable, responsive and generally nice helpfull and friendly people. Nice walking options to La Plagne centre and all in between. Can ski in and out. But need snow and some experience. Bus connections are good. You will enjoy it here.100%
