Level -1: 2 tbsp. bedrooms with bathroom (walk-in shower) (2 single beds 90x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), laundry room, 1st floor: 1 dormitory (2 single beds 90x200 cm and 2 single beds person superimposed in 90x200 cm), separate toilet, bathroom (walk-in shower). Terrace with jacuzzi. Ski room. Underfloor heating + wood stove. All included (sheets + towels + cleaning). Comfortable cottage with a beautiful, bright living room opening onto a long terrace. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful fitted kitchen with wine cellar. Immediate quality environment with ski-in/ski-out access in the winter season. Shops and services open only in season. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the La Plagne resort in the village of Les Coches. Plan Bois chairlift 200 meters away with ski-in/ski-out. Many other stations: Les Arcs at 25 km, La Rosière (Espace San Bernardo connection with Italy) at 36 km. Peisey Nordic Center 11 km away. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails near the gîte. Versants d'Aime leisure center 13 km away. Major road passes in the surrounding area: Cormet du Roseland at 37 km, Col du Petit Saint Bernard (Italian border) at 44 km.
