- Bienvenue à Mont-Blanc R3, un appartement entièrement rénové de 40 m² idéalement situé à Plagne Centre, au pied des pistes et à proximité immédiate de l’ESF, des remontées mécaniques, des commerces et des restaurants.
Prévu pour accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, le logement comprend :
1 chambre avec lit queen size 160 x 200 cm ;
1 canapé convertible 140 x 200 cm dans le séjour.
La pièce de vie, moderne et conviviale, réunit un salon, un espace repas et une cuisine ouverte équipée. Elle se prolonge par un balcon permettant de profiter de l’environnement montagnard.
L’appartement dispose également d’une salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne ainsi que de WC indépendants.
Un casier à skis est à votre disposition dans la résidence pour ranger facilement votre matériel après une journée sur les pistes.
Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont inclus et les lits sont faits avant votre arrivée.
Le logement ne dispose pas de Wi-Fi. Un boîtier Wi-Fi portable très haut débit peut être loué auprès de MCS Immobilier au tarif de 39 € par semaine.
Aucune place de parking privative n’est incluse avec la location. Plusieurs possibilités de stationnement sont disponibles à proximité.
