Ideal location, located 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village and 5 minutes walk from the slopes and the plan bois chairlift, close to amenities and ski schools. Return on skis in case of good snow.

The position of the village of Les Coches makes it a privileged starting point for the entire Paradiski area: ski lifts providing direct access to the area on the La Plagne side and near the Vanoise Express (the station is below Les Coches) to go to Les Arcs

Our accommodation is composed of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and balcony offering a beautiful view of the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with recent appliances (oven, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave).
The fake electric and fan fireplace will offer you a warm atmosphere in winter while the raclette machine and the waffle iron will allow you to enjoy convivial dinner and snacks.
In the corridor cupboard, a washing machine dryer is at your disposal.

Your accommodation includes:
On the ground floor, A "mountain corner" next to the entrance separated by a curtain and a shower room WC.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 p. bed, 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (or possibility of 2 single beds), shower room and a toilet.

a ski locker is at your disposal on the 3rd floor of the residence.
Board games are available in the storage area of the entrance.

Cleaning costs are included in the price.
