Located a few steps from the Prée beach, the coastal path and nice restaurants, this 60 m² house and its enclosed garden have two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The house consists of a living area with dining room, TV lounge, open kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (gas hob, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (140 bed), a bathroom with washing machine and an independent toilet completing the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find an unlocked room with a double bed (140), two cabin beds (100) and above all a beautiful sea view.
For maximum comfort, the following are at your disposal: a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a charcoal barbecue, a garden furniture set. You can park two cars in the house's private driveway and store up to 4 bicycles in the garden.
