Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in the heart of La Plaine-sur-Mer, just a stone's throw from a supermarket and the village centre (church, delicatessens, fine groceries, bars and restaurants) and only 2 km from the famous Cormier beach, this single-storey house of 60 m² situated on a enclosed and secure plot of 360 m² has 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and a convertible sofa bed (1x140), accommodating up to 6 people.

The living space, entirely open-plan, includes a lounge area with TV and a dining room giving access to the terrace and garden. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home: cooker with gas oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet complete the rental.



For maximum comfort, you will also find a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture.



You will be able to park up to 3 cars in front of the house.
