"Excellent stay: rooms are clean and comfortable. A/C worked great, shower was awesome and surrounding views are beautiful. Great restaurants in town as well as small grocery store and ATM. Property manager was polite, courteous and helpful (he met us at the property). He had the hottub waiting for us nice and hot!"

"Wonderful two-week stay! Beautiful spot and Nichi is a fabulous host. The home is in a beautiful location and has everything you need. Sleeping on the lanai was awesome. Nothing better than falling asleep listening to waves crashing and waking up to the incredible views! This is an authentic carribbean experience! Highly recommend and hope to return soon. "The instant you walk in the door, you feel right at home. The caretaker is there to greet you and get you situated with the many amenities that are provided. He and the owner are available also for any questions during your stay. The location is a short 6 minutes to Portsmouth, and about an hour each from the airport and Roseau. Sitting on the deck, watching the sunset is serene and magical!"

"We had a great week of relaxation and low-key local tourism. The house was solidly built, clean and secure - could have had a few more utensils etc in the kitchen, but functional. We explored the area by local bus, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Trevor, our host, could not have been more helpful. The view, and sunrises, were splendid."

"Horrible Experience – Never Again Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The internet didn’t work at all. The first room we were given smelled strongly of human waste. The second room was no better—my sister got locked inside the bathroom, and staff had to kick down the door to free her. The food options were extremely limited, tasted terrible, and made my entire family sick with food poisoning. When we raised these issues, the owner offered us extra time at the property as compensation—absolutely not, given everything we went through. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone."
