LV110 Downstairs One Bedroom Legacy Villa in a Quiet Location

A single story one bedroom suite close to the main pool, clubhouse and fitness center. The unit has all the comforts of home and provides a great location for getting to everything in the Coachella Valley. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a dining table with seating for six. The bedroom has a king bed, TV and night stand and closet. The bathroom has a single vanity, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The back patio opens to a quiet greenbelt within Legacy Villas. The patio has outdoor seating. The unit is a short-walk to the main pool, kids pool, fitness room and clubhouse. There is also a quiet lap pool and hot tub just steps from the back patio. The condo also has a detached two car garage available for guest use. The unit can be combined with LV024 to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability). The condo has an interior lock-off door between the one bedroom and studio units. There is an expectation that guests minimize noise around the door from 10pm-8am.

The property is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and spas, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue and 24 hour gated security. Within walking distance of La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Highway 111 shopping corridor and the Gardens on El Paseo; get to everything quickly.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a ten minute drive from the condo. Don't forget the La Quinta Arts Festival and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. The Coachella Valley is your best bet for outdoor adventure in all seasons.
