MAKE MEMORIES with your friends and family!! There is room for everyone including your dog! Cook together in your newly built kitchen. Round dining table seats 6 w/ 3 more at the island. Have dinner and drinks, or play cards with your buddies! Grill on your brand new Gas BBQ. Relax around the fire pit or enjoy a little friendly competition on your personal putting green! Serve up some fun on the Ping Pong table in the garage. Inside, you can play Pac Man, Shuffleboard, and the Nintendo Switch. Relax and listen to favorites like Frank Sinatra or Sammy Davis on the vinyl record player, OR use the wireless function and play your own music through the bluetooth speakers! Of course, you can always catch your favorite game or match on one of our 3 large smart TVs.

*WHISPER ROCK PLACE* has everything you need! ALL NEW beds, bedding, towels, appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. Stay awhile! Do your laundry in our huge washer and dryer. Shut the door and get your work done at your own desk with an ergonomic office chair. The living area and every bedroom have a ceiling fan with air conditioning throughout. Park in your 2 car garage, or use one of the 5 guest parking spaces by the path to your front door.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and private front and side yard. *There are a few locked cabinets- under the stairs, 2 in the kitchen, and 2 in the laundry room for our VRBO equipment and supplies.

Guests will use a 24 hour contact-less keyless entry system. A new code is issued each group of guests for your safety. PGA West is a gated community with 24 hours security. Guests will need to provide the names of drivers 3 days prior to arrival for gate registration. The maximum number of cars allowed in PGA West Signature is 3 per reservation. *You may park in the 2 car garage, and/or use one of the several guest parking spaces by the path to the front door.
Other things to note
PETS: DOGS are allowed.
Occupant agrees to comply the following:

1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
-Must be up to date on all vaccinations incl. rabies
3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the premises.
4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning/damage fees.
6. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.
10. Owners of Whisper Rock Place assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or be caused by pets while on on the premises.

Amazing place as described

This place was great! Beatiful new home with new furnishings as described and shown on the photos. The place and amenities were pristine. Super kid and pet friendly. The upstairs loft and 2 bedrooms became the kids area with the shuffle board,arcade game, and Switch. The master is located downstairs so is away from the "action". Todd and Ileen were very responsive to our messages and needs. A nice bottle of wine and chocolates was provided. Great house if you want to be in the PGA West area. Will rent again for sure!
