Nobile Hotel Estación Central
Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is near downtown, not walking dustance. There is a large mall across the street for any shopping you may need.

ICON Hotel
At first the ac didn't work, but they promptly sent someone to fix it. Their restaurant is not well known for lunch and evening but their italian food is excellent.
