Looking for a vacation between land and sea? Enjoy a relaxing stay in this bright and comfortable house in La Richardais, a stone's throw from Dinard and the sandy beaches. Enjoy the calm of the garden, the proximity to the sea and the Breton lifestyle.

This beautiful house of 130 m², bathed in light, welcomes you in a warm and friendly setting. Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant living space overlooking the garden, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room, furnished with taste, invites you to relax, while the 12 m² terrace equipped with an outdoor table and a barbecue will allow you to enjoy delicious meals outdoors, in the shade of the pergola or under the Breton sun.
The kitchen, independent, is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Everything is designed to cook with pleasure and simplicity.

On the night side, the house is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: the first with two single beds (80x200), ideal for children or friends, and the second with a queen size bed (160x200). The second floor houses a spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), nestled under the roofs for a cozy atmosphere.
A nice surprise also awaits you on the second floor: a private cinema room with projector and benches, for unforgettable movie evenings after a day at the beach or out for a stroll.
The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with shower, washing machine, dryer and separate WC; and another on the first floor with shower and also a separate WC. For even more comfort, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available in the house. You will also have space to store 4 bikes safely. The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but you will find free parking spaces on the street in front of the house.

Dans la description, le stationnement semble simple, notre vecu fut bien different. La maison est mitoyenne des deux cotés, les places devant chaque maison sont petites et non réservées. Un véhicule était devant la maison durant tout le séjour. Pas de parking facile dans ce quartier, c’est le jeu de la chaise musicale à chaque retour de promenade, avec une voiture familiale, cela a été une expérience compliquée. La cuisine est petite, à distance de la salle à manger où il est plus agréable de manger en famille. A noter, une gaine de fil électrique de la vmc passe juste au dessus de la douche du rez de chaussée. Terrasse et jardin très agréables, salle cinéma très appréciée par toute la famille.
