  • The apartment is new and has two bedrooms, one with a 160-cm double bed and the other with three 90-cm beds. Each bedroom has a large closet for storing clothes.

    - The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and sink.
    - The bedroom with the three single beds has access to the large separate bathroom, which features a large shower, a toilet, and a sink.

    You’ll enjoy a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, and percolator (filter coffee maker for ground coffee); dishes, skillets, pots, and cutlery are provided. A few condiments are available for your use (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.).

    The living room is located near the main shopping street in the centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne. The TV is connected to Proximus TV. You can watch Netflix using your own login credentials on channel 57.

    A cosy reading nook has been set up.

    A washing machine and dryer are available for your use.
