Dans le couloir se trouve également une salle d’eau avec douche, vasque et miroir, ainsi qu’un WC séparé. Une terrasse de 20 m² orienté Est de quoi profiter du soleil dès le réveil. Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche du Vieux Port et de la gare, résidence sécurisée et neuve 2019, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, beaux équipements, place de parking, équipé avec gout.
