Appartement T3 avec balcon donnant vue sur le lac. Très bien équipée avec une jolie décoration. Il se compose d'une entrée avec placard, d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée et espace salle à manger, un salon avec canapé convertible 140 x 190, une chambre avec lit double 140 x190 et placard mural, une salle de bain et des WC indépendants. Une place de parking privative en sous sol et un accès à la piscine de la résidence en juillet / août.
La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée.

Apparemment bien situé et tre# propre et pkaisant

Bel appartement mais manque le wifi et aussi un lave linge. Sinon très bien équipé, claire, confortable et bien situé. L'agence Foncia est très professionnelle et l'accueil y est parfait.
