Our apartment of 60 m2 is on the 1st floor of a small typical building in La Rochelle located in one of the most commercial streets (clothes), between the town hall (50m) and the market (150m) 5 minutes walk from the old port, be in the heart of everything. It is classified 3 *.
It has a small entrance with cupboard, 2 bedrooms each with a wardrobe and dresser or dresser with drawers, a living room with sofa, chairs and desk, a dining room with a high table and 6 high chairs, a independent fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub-shower and separate toilet.
This accommodation is very bright because it is at the corner of 2 streets (rue des Augustins and rue St Yon), cozy, comfortable and pleasant.
We have taken a particular care in its decoration by exhibiting several works of art (paintings, sculpture) and a collection of siphons which hopefully will please holidaymakers.
Our concierge service on site makes the entry and inventory, provides advice and assistance in case of problems during the stay and also offers rental of linens and a cleaning fee for those who wish.
The linen kit is 20 euros per bed and includes
a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, pillow cases, disposable mattress pads (pillows and mattresses), cloth mattresses and towels and bath mats.
The proposed cleaning fee is 45 euros.

Appartement parfaitement situé au coeur de la Rochelle, très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût (merci pour les décorations de Noël qui ont été un plus très apprécié !). Je recommande.

Nette kleine Wohnung in guter Lage - aber draußen ist es recht laut
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Es ist eben klein, was aber im Voraus anhand der Bilder gut erkennbar ist. Die engen Straßen sind bei geöffneten Fensten nachts recht laut - zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit.
Sehr gut ist der kurze Weg zum Markt und gleich daneben kleinen Supermarkt. Für Leute, die sich gern selbst versorgen, ist das ideal. Auch Hafen und Buslinien sind quasi "um die Ecke".
