Completely renovated, in a functional and modern style, the apartment, facing south-west, is equidistant from the Old Port of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré
The 48 m² apartment has:
a bedroom with a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two other people a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hob, extractor, multifunction microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle) a pleasant and bright living room thanks to its bay windows over the entire width a bathroom equipped with a large modern shower and a toilet a digicode and an intercom a television with DVD player and a FREE Fiber Internet connection for your moments of relaxation a bicycle room a distant view of the sea and the Ile de Ré bridge (about 2.5 km as the crow flies) Bed linen and towels are provided for 4 people (package of 29 €)

SITUATION :
The historic heart of La Rochelle (Town Hall) is 2.5 km away, or about twenty minutes on foot (more or less depending on whether you are more into tennis or basketball!!!)
