This architect house very clear hyper center, type loft, completely renovated is located near the Old Port overlooking the canal. (No garden, no terrace).
Upstairs: kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...) opening onto living room (sofa bed 2 persons) dining room (wc). On the mezzanine: 2 bedrooms (140cm bed) + 1 single bed, bathroom (hairdryer) overlooking mezzanine closed by a curtain.
Garage 1 car. Shops and activities nearby.
During your stay, all your trips can be done on foot. Market, restaurants, cinemas, museums are nearby. You can rent bicycles or take the shuttle bus to the marina, take a bus to the Ile de Ré.
Upon request, we will gracefully provide you with an umbrella bed, high chair and stroller.
Week price 800 to 1200 € according to the period. Rent all year, week, weekend or short stay. Degressive price, contact us. Holiday checks accepted.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sowohl zum alten Hafen und zu den Sporthäfen, als auch zur Markthalle und zum Place Verdun und zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Eine sensationelle Bäckerei im Viertel St.Nicolas, unser Lieblingsviertel ist in Gehweite! Wir haben La Rochelle mit seinen sehenswerten Lokalen und Leben in den Strassen sehr genossen. Strandausflüge zur Ile de Re sind mit dem Bus ganz leicht machbar, somit bietet die Wohnung ein ideales Zentrum. Auch über die Garage waren wir froh, parken ist ansonsten ein Problem. Der Kontakt mit Clodine war ausgesprochen nett, zuverlässig und bemüht.
Appartement agréable, décoré avec bon goût. Cependant, la chambre du bas est bruyante.

localisation idéale, super maison
week-end passé à 5 en famille, le logement à été conforme à nos attentes.
La localisation est parfaite, très pratique avec un garage.
La propriétaire a été plus que arrangeante pour nos horaires d'arrivé et de départ, merci beaucoup !
Un seul point, pour les fans de café ne pas oublier les filtres (cafetière), nous n'avions pas fait attention si cela est indiqué dans la description ;-)

Great apartment close to all the action in La Rochelle.Fantastic to have a garage.

Maison de charme en centre ville
Un garage en centre ville de La Rochelle : rare et très appréciable. Beaucoup de charme, vue sur le canal; chambre-salle d'eau du rez-de-chaussée très isolée, impossible pour enfants, voire personnes craintives! Lit sur mezzanine ou convertible séjour pour dormeurs supportant la luminosité. Bonne literie. Bon accueil. Le kebab juste à côté est vraiment "maison" et très bon, on choisit ses ingrédients, super plan quand on est pressé.
