Au rez de chaussé d'une résidence, l'appartement se compose d'un séjour avec convertible 2 places, une chambre avec un lit 140cm pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, un coin cuisine équipée, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatique. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. J ai signalé a Foncia le manque de propreté et pris des photos. Avec une personne handicapée notre voiture devait avoir le parking 22 comme indiqué mais finalement nous n avions pas de parking et se garer était loin de l appartement

Nous avons trouvé le logement très fonctionnel et très agréable pour 1 semaine de vacances. C'était des vacances attendues : depuis 3 ans nous n'avions pu en prendre ! Le seul défaut était le manque d'hygiène des précédents locataires : nous avons du relaver une partie de la vaisselle(celle que nous avons utilisée(rouge)); et la douche n'était pas très propre non plus. Sinon tout s'est bien passé.
