Séjour fabuleux

Superbe séjour dans ce petit appartement très cosy et très fonctionnel.Il est idéalement bien situé à 5 - 10 min du centre ville, vieux port, aquarium, plages, embarcadères pour les îles à proximité. Le parking privé dans une cour derrière l'immeuble est un vrai plus.

Vive La Rochelle et les FrancoFolies !

Un appartement conforme à la photo. Idéalement situé, proche du centre ville et du vieux port. On profite de tout ce qui peut être proposé à La Rochelle ( centre ville, Francofolies, liaisons maritimes, vélo Yelo, petite plage) en moins de 10 minutes à pied et une fois rentré à l’appartement, on est au calme dans une petite cour intérieure.Je découvrais La Rochelle et compte bien y revenir.Merci à Marie pour son accueil et ses nombreux conseils.

La coulée verte d'un côté, le cœur de ville et le port de l'autre, cet appartement est idéalement situé. Tout est à 5/10 mn à pied. Très bien équipé, il est au calme dans un immeuble typique de la ville.

Il serait utile de mentionner explicitement dans la facture (dans les détails du prix) que le linge (literie, serviettes, torchons) et le ménage ne sont pas compris et nécessitent un supplément (et pas seulement dans le descriptif), comme c'est le cas pour la plupart des locations saisonnières. Mais rien à dire sur l'accueil, le lieu, le studio. Tout est parfait!

Un studio propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel dans le centre de la Rochelle pour passer un agréable séjour. Un joli bâtiment sécurisé et une cour intérieure pour y garer sa voiture. L'hôte est accueillante et bienveillante (préparation d'un guide des activités à ne pas manquer). Très bien !

L'appartement est en excellent état, la propriétaire a pensé à tout afin que nous passions un bon séjour. L'appartement est proche du centre (5min à pied), nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture du séjour ! Je recommande vivement !
