<br>Pleasant studio, very bright, 27m2, for 2 people. <br>Thanks to its ideal location, which is within walking distance of the parks (2 minutes), the beach (8 minutes), the port and the historic district of La Rochelle (10 minutes), it allows you to discover the city on foot quickly. In addition, the pier for day cruises via the islands of Ré, Aix, Oléron and Fort Boyard is 600 metres away.<br>This studio, very quiet, is located on the 3rd floor of a small secure residence of 4 floors, with lift, private parking, shared bicycle room. Its sunny west orientation and its unobstructed view, with its balcony, make it a pleasant place to stay.<br>You will find all the food and service shops nearby: supermarket 10 metres away, then 200 metres away: Butcher, delicatessen, fruit and vegetable grocery, fishmonger, pastry, bakery, pharmacy. Doctors, nurse, laboratory 50 metres away, not to mention the prodigious central market of La Rochelle 20 minutes away.<br>You can discover its Casino 700 metres away, many restaurants, cafes nearby, especially behind the beach, rue St Jean du Perrot which leads to the port.<br>The Ile de Ré is a 15-minute drive away. It is also served by a bus company (bus station, Place de Verdun) 14 minutes walk away.<br>This studio consists of a large room comprising:<br>- a beautiful dining area opening onto a balcony (table for 4 people) with fitted kitchen and a saddler,<br>- a sleeping area with a double bed (140) and a chest of drawers.<br>It has an entrance hall with cupboard, a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet (linen and sheets provided).<br>A table and two garden chairs decorate the balcony, which is very pleasant for a drink in the evening at sunset or breakfast in the morning.<br>A dynamic city, La Rochelle offers many activities and entertainment for all ages, cinemas, guided tours, museums, aquarium, sailing, restaurants, concerts, street shows, festivals: the film festival, the Francofolies in July, the Jazz in Août amateur festival, the fiction festival at the beginning of September, the Grand Pavois international in-water boat show at the beginning of October.<br>All these festivals take place 12 minutes walk from the studio. A sea bus makes the crossing (20 minutes) from Vieux Port - Port des Minimes to the Grand Pavois.
