Had a fantastic two weeks stay in this beautiful apartment, it’s spacious & fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All amenities are within a short walk from the accommodation, which is a 100% secure building with easy access by a lift from the private car park to the property.

We had a very nice vacation in La Rochelle and enjoyed the apartment. It is situated close to the food market but in a quiet area. The owners care about you having a pleasant stay. We would like to rent the apartment again if we will go back to La Rochelle.

We have just returned from an enjoyable holiday break in Hubert’s fantastic property. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well equipped and is the perfect place for an extended vacation. It is close to all the amenities and sites in this beautiful city. Hubert is an excellent host; very accommodating to meet our needs and first rate communication.

Lots of amenities in the apartment, including for cooking, cleaning and leisure Very safe and secure building. Location was highly convenient - close to restaurants, bars and public transport Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend both this property and La Rochelle for a holiday.

Zwei PlĂ€tze in gut zugĂ€nglicher Tiefgarage, Aufzug, durch Badges gesichertes, vor wenigen Jahren frisch umgebautes GebĂ€ude. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum der fantastischen Altstadt oder am alten Hafen. WĂ€hrend Wohnung und Haus in jeder Beziehung ausgezeichnet sind, ist die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht besonders attraktiv. Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts: hervorragend.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in La Rochelle verbracht. Sie bietet viel Platz, ist modern eingerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Markt oder in der schönen Altstadt mit dem Hafen.

Excellent sĂ©jour dans ce vaste appartement au cƓur de la ville. La rĂ©sidence de moins de 5 ans est tranquille et sĂ©curisĂ©e avec accĂšs direct par l'ascenseur Ă  un double parking en s/sol.
